This site has been created, because anyone can anonymously go to a complaint website, and write whatever they want about a company–OUR company, and it is immediately published without any proof of accuracy and veracity. It is posted as if it was factual information, even if it is completely false, slanderous, mispelled, and non-sensical. Furthermore, once someone writes whatever they want, including the word SCAM, Google computer software immediately attaches that word in their auto-search!! Even if you write “I’m glad that Back to the Caribbean is not a scam” it adds that word to what you are typing.
For example, if you go to Google and put in Back to the Caribbean(or Back to Fun), the Google auto-fill software adds the word “scam” because **complaintsb—d.com, in their quest to get more visitors to their website, have added it to their “keywords” about our company. Try it and you will see what I mean. Because of the nature of our business, this causes people to be afraid of the purchase with our company.
Now again, we are not perfect, we have had real complaints in the past just like all travel companies; and we answer all our complaints. We even have had to establish backtothecaribbeancomplaints.com for the same reasons. Any complaints about our company are less than 1% of our customers over the last 5 years. Less than 1%..
(This is Based on the fact we have sold an average of 2,500 packages a year the last 3 years, and we have an average of 10 complaints with the State each year. Therefore, when you do the math over 99.5% are Satisfied cusrtomers) BUT, because of these unfair, unmonitored complaint websites operate with impunity, I have to make this site.(some of them even call you after the fact, and offer to remove the derogatory info for $5,000 and up…and who’s the scam??)

A scam is a company that hides their name, has a PO Box, and is eventually has Federal and State Authorites somewhere in their future. We have been here in the same place, with the same people, for 8 years, and we aren’t going anywhere!
